Methodology

Every agent on this page was audited across four dimensions: website performance (Google PageSpeed, mobile-specific), Google Business Profile standing (rating and review count), off-Google reputation (Zillow and realtor.com ratings, where available), and social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). These combine into an internal 0–100 score that determines rank — the score itself is private and only visible to the agent it belongs to.

We only publish agents whose data clears a strict accuracy bar: a complete, verified audit with no guessed or estimated values. Agents with thin or unverifiable data are left off the index entirely rather than ranked on incomplete information.

We do not republish review text — only counts and ratings, which are derived facts, not copied content. Every profile is stamped with the month it was last audited, and agents are re-audited monthly. This is a directory for home buyers and sellers evaluating who to work with, not a ranking of production or sales volume.

Are you an agent on this list? Claim your profile to see your full report — including your score, specific gaps, and estimated impact — and to add links we may have missed. If something here is inaccurate, use the correction link on your profile page and we'll review it.

What does “not yet ranked” mean? We maintain a much larger pool of Las Vegas-area agents than we've fully audited so far. Agents in that pool show up as unranked, unscored profiles — no rating, no rank — while their audit is in progress. You can claim an unranked profile the same way as a ranked one; doing so moves your audit up the queue.
